A History of the Army Ordnance Services - A Forbes

Does anyone have a copy of "A History of the Army Ordnance Services" by Arthur Forbes?

I'm looking for Appendix IX, page 395 (which lists various honours and awards to personnel), which I think is in Volume 3.

I can get a "snippet view" on Google Books, but unfortunately I cannot manipulate the "snippet" to show the man I want (A V Watsham).

Appendix IX, page 395

A V Watsham, S Cdr, MBE, MSM, Medaille d'Honneur avec Glaives (en Argent), Silver Medal on the Riband of St Stanislas. Hope this helps.
