'Journal of Contemporary History' If so I was hoping to pick up on '...A Good Jew and a Good Englishman: The Jewish Lads' Brigade, 1894-1922’ by Richard A. Voeltz in Vol. 23, No. 1 (January 1988, pp. 119-127). It, I think, mentions Valentine Mocatta. It is quite expensive to purchase one paper and then not work out but if someone subscibed they may be able to check. Long shot I know!
