familybefore Posted 14 August , 2008 Share Posted 14 August , 2008 Hi to everyone, i am new to this forum,found it while doing some research on my Greatgrandfather.I had always thought that he had been killed in ww1 as part of the forces.I have only just found out that he was killed in an explosion in 1917 at the white lund factory at Morecambe..His name was Firth Dole,his only daughter Edna was my grandmother.would love to know if any of you guys have some information on him.
