Pte Victor BUNCE 5423 8th Bn, Queen’s Own (Royal West Kent Regiment) Died 26.09.15 Age 26 Commemoration: Loos Memorial, France Sjt Robert Allan CAMERON 13145 7th Bn, Cameron Highlanders Died 25.09.15 Age 26 Commemoration: Loos Memorial, France L/Cpl William CART 8174 2nd Bn, Leicestershire Regiment Died 25.09.15 Age 26 Commemoration: Loos Memorial, France NOT FORGOTTEN The above are further discoveries by the ‘In From The Cold Project’. Pte Bunce was killed in action (IFCP Volunteer: Geoff Sullivan) Sjt Cameron was missing presumed killed in action (IFCP Volunteer: Adrian Wright) L/Cpl Cart was killed in action (IFCP Volunteer: Adrian Wright) It is a pure coincidence that these additional casualties (so close in date, age and location) all came through on the same day! I wonder if there is a connection? As I understand it, Bunce is an uncommon surname. I see that our Geoff found him. Well done to all concerned.
