There is a Canadian document which contains some information on this battle from a Canadian perspective. However, there are broader contextual comments that should assist.

OFFICIAL HISTORY OF THE CANADIAN ARMY IN THE FIRST WORLD WAR

CANADIAN EXPEDITIONARY FORCE 1914-1919

By COLONEL G.W.L. NICHOLSON, C.D. Army Historical Section

I have downloaded the document and can forward a .pdf file upon request. Otherwise, you can access the following Canadian government website and download your own copy.

http://www.dnd.ca/hr/dhh/publications/engr...ine_e.asp?cat=6

In addition, I have transcribed the War Diaries of the Borden Motor Machine Gun Battery and the 1st Canadian Motor Machine Gun Brigade. These are in Microsoft Word97 and available upon request.
