WWI history buff Posted 16 June , 2008 Share Posted 16 June , 2008 On the web, I've found brief references to an action between 3 Belgian Armored Cars (Minervas) and German troops near Westerlo, Belgium on September 5, 1914. A few questions... 1. Does anyone have a link to a good topographical map of the area ? 2. Does anyone have any insight into which German units might have been in the area? 3. Does anyone have a reference that offers a detailed description of this or other similar engagements involving Belgian Armored Cars in 1914? Thanks John
