Today I posted this MIC for Thomas Stanley REAY and the information that I had gathered from it. Straight away someone pointed out that it also contained the date of REAY's commission as Lieutenant, something that I hadn't noticed. Starting a new blog!

The purpose of this blog is to keep track of what I'm doing for another blog! See what I'm doing for the St James War Memorial Project at http://thewarmemorial.blogspot.co.uk/ where I am posting the results of my research. This blog is for the housekeeping, keeping track of what I'm looking for, what help people have given me etc. I'm going to try creating a new post for each strand of research, naming them with the man/place etc being researched and the method of research.
