In fact any of the PDF production programmes should do this, and it is possible to do so online, http://online2pdf.com/. I haven't tried this, and it does have limits - but there are ways around it I am sure. Other online options: https://pdfburger.com/combine-to-pdf, http://www.convert-jpg-to-pdf.net/. Mark Greetings! Guest Posted 17 February , 2017 Share Posted 17 February , 2017 Curious to know if anyone uses this product or the online version. It is still priced at an eye watering £450.
Guest Posted 17 February , 2017 Share Posted 17 February , 2017 If you mean the N & MP diaries, I haven't bought the disc. I subscribed to the website for a period (£50 worth) and wouldn't use it again. The search was useless. It may have improved? I find a combination of the Ancestry version and the National Archives works for me. I still use the N & MP Officil History disk which (only works on my old machine) but is excellent. keithmroberts Posted 17 February , 2017 Share Posted 17 February , 2017 Hi Mike You frightened me, as I hadn't used the Official Histories disc for some time so I popped it into my desktop which is, although a few years old, running Windows 10, and it worked first time. Both my computers were upgraded to Windows 10 rather than bought with it pre-installed. I will try it later on one of the cheap Win 10 laptops bought for my current project. Guest Posted 17 February , 2017 Share Posted 17 February , 2017 Hi Keith. Yes, am not certain the problem is with the operating system, but, perhaps with the Adobe Reader version, or a combination of both. Works perfectly well on an old machine I have with Adobe Reader 9 and W7 Mike
6th Border Posted 4 August , 2017 Share Posted 4 August , 2017 The War Diaries CD-ROM is currently available for £280 plus VAT in the NMP summer sale - with the ability to spread the payment over 12 months it seems quite tempting
