Hywyn Posted 24 November , 2006 Share Posted 24 November , 2006 A local paper ( Rhyl Journal) carries a story that the villagers of Gwaenysgor are looking to erect a War Memorial to replace one that was demolished in the 30's. They are currently researching for names etc I was wondering if anyone with the SDGW disc could run a check on the village name (with some wild cards to cover misspellings!!) Dropped Flintshire to Flint and got 191 for Enlisted. Too big to post here. PM me with an email and I'll send pdf files of the results for this and searches in Born and Residence.
