Do any of the knowledgeable people on here know what Warbler was in relation to Vivid III.

Its on a Great Uncles Navy record as

"Vivid III (Warbler), 1460, Sto II, 25 March 18 - 25 August 18,

---------------- ll -------------- Sto I, 26 August 18 - 31 March 19"

I know Vivid was a land based establishment but was Warbler a mess within it or something else?

I've searched the net but can't find anything.

Thanks in advance

Thanks for the prompt (extremely) and very helpful reply.

Would there be a record/ log of the vessel, for the dates above, anywhere?

Thanks again Charles

I've searched using name, Port Reg and Admty No but nothing flags up.

Looks like another mystery in the family.

Thanks again for your help

She was probably part of the Auxilliary Patrol so you'll have to look for general details not the specific ship.
