The Guardroom Posted 2 June , 2008 Posted 2 June , 2008 I know this is slightly out of date range, but hoping someone may be able to advise on the officer below who died in Ashton Under Lyne on the 27th Feb 1912. He was a Lt in the Manchesetr Regt and has a large brass tablet dedicated to him in the local church donated by his 'Brother Officers'. Hoping someone may have some books on the Regt (not sure what Bn) or knew where they were stationed in 1912 (Home or Overseas). Many thanks, Alan
nicko576 Posted 2 June , 2008 Posted 2 June , 2008 Alan The Manchester Regiment has a web site, lots of very knowledgable and helpful people. I am sure they can help you. Nick
