3rd london regt.october 1918

Could anyone give me any information or point me in th right direction to find out what actions the 3rd london regt.(RF) were involved in during the last week of october 1918.

From my research i know they were in the Bleharies/Rongy region of Belgium.My grandfather lost his leg in shelling on the 31/10/18 and in the communal cemetery in Bleharies are 9 burials from the second and third London's from the last week in october, one chap from the 31st october, a possible comrade of grandfather.
