Remembered Today:

DISCHARGED FROM THE ARMY

There is a family member who served in the army during the First World War and he was discharged from the army 14/12/1918.Why? The only clue I have is on his file drawn from the medal index card which quotes:Cause of discharge,Para 892,followed by xxva or xxxa.

Is there anyone able to clarify the reason please.
