hms howe was a ship in the b fleet of the royal navy, men off the ship saved my great aunt her mother and brother in law from drowning in milford haven in 1899, my uncle drowned, any info on her please and a picture would be wonderful.

thank you so much david for giving of your time for me, this will be greatly placed on my great uncle's tree in my family research.

is there anyway i would be able to find the sailor's who made the rescue as they were surely commended
