Anyone live near Walton on the Hill?

I am interested in finding out more information on the above named. He was born at Walton the Hill 9/9/1900, entered RN as a Midshipman 1/9/1916. Joined HMS VANGUARD 7/5/1917 and died when she blew up from an internal explosion at Scapa Flow 9/7/1917.

The 1901 census indicates his father, Arthur, was born Lancashire and worked as a bank manager. His mother, Irene, was born Middlesex.

If any PALS live near Walton the Hill and are familiar with the local studies centre (if one exists), I would be extremely grateful if, next tiem your there, you could look through the local newspapers from 9 July 1917 to say, end September. I am hoping there might be a small obituary or Frederick or even a photo.

Can anyone help?
