I have obtained death certificate FOR ABOVE and it states he was with the 16th Royal Irish Rifles,

DIED IN ACTION 21.03.1918. born Co.Derry ( family live in South Derry --in the Maghera area)

What is the next step to the process of having him commerated.

Wesley,

The Maghera Presbyterian Church has him listed as 2nd Lt Army Service Corps and killed in action, but he is not listed on the ASC Officers died register or 16th RIR list. He is not mentioned in the casulties for the 16th RIR for March 1918 in 'The History of the 16th service Btn RIR' by Col White, although this is an un-official history.

I could not find a medal card for him either, as D.Paul in any likely regiment.

Rob
