Hi Guys

I have purchased a lovely trio today 14 Star with bar/ War medal/ Victory medal/ Curios that ALL medals are named to Royal Flying Corp. It is my understanding that the victory would have been RAF . The medals are to a Major M Spicer included in the box is a MID I hope to find out more about this man IE what squadron where he served etc worthy of more research I dare say.

The award of the BWM & Victory would only have been named to RAF IF he continued with O/S service after the formation of the RAF,most likely you will discover he was discharged from Service or transferred to another unit prior to that...
