andalucia Posted 5 May , 2008 Share Posted 5 May , 2008 Hi All Is there anyway i can find out any more details about this soldier ? http://www.cwgc.org/search/casualty_detail...casualty=573506 My great grandfather Hugh Robert Hughes is deceased by 1937 on my grandma's wedding certificate. i have checked deaths for him but have found nothing, the family was from Liverpool. so just in case he is killed during ww1 i checked the CWGC site. only one H R Hughes comes up, but with no details. so im hoping i can find something out on this man just in case it is my great grandfather. there is no service record on Ancestry for him. Any ideas please. Many thanks Tony
