The 'Miss Morris'

One branch of my family were ship owners living in Portmadoc and one of their vessels was the Jane Morris, a 3 masted schooner registered at Caernarfon. There is said to be a film of her being sunk off Spain by a U-boat (U35) in 1917. Anyone have an idea how I could access a copy of the film?

Kath,

Thanks for your reply. I'm pleased that there are copies available but am struggling to find one from your links that will play on a UK DVD (or perhaps it's just me!).

Thanks again

Roy

Sorry, Roy, I'm not technically minded.

Perhaps the IWM can help.

I'm sure I've seen a clip of this ship sinking on the internet, but can't find the link now.

Kath.
