XVIII. Austo-Hungarian Corps in France

I have read that the number of the Artillery Battery is the same as the Corps,so you are looking for the 18th for sure.

There is a book we read here called "The Somme.A day-by-day Account". I returned my copy to the Library some weeks ago ! Other members write about it too as they seem to have their own copy. Maybe one of them will try to find the location of the 18th Corps positions for July 1916 as there are quite a few maps showing the opposing Army Corps before the battles.

You are sure July 1916, whileXVIII. Austro-Hungarian Corps was on west fron since July 1918.
