LEW, YES, the position of the wrecks has always been known. Indeed they were sold to a German salvage Co. in 1920 and parts of the wrecks (screws, shafts etc.) were removed for scrap. So much for `War Graves' - government never cared (at least in this case) about W.G., as long as there was money to be made. To this day Dutch / Belgian divers are diving the wrecks which lay in the `Broad Fourteens' close to the Dutch coast.
