Can anyone tell me the location of Nos 2 and 9 Veterinary Hospitals in France?

Can't help, but the Indian Veterinary Hospital was at Rouen.

The Canadian Vet Hospital at Havre continually noted sending animals to No. 2, so I suspect they were also nearby. I believe No. 6 was at Rouen.
