Terry Denham Posted 24 January , 2008 Author Share Posted 24 January , 2008 I think Hollybrook is full up now and so there will be no additions. In any case, it is not known if his body was recovered or not.

Terry, I take your point regarding whether his body was recovered, but there is certainly some space left on The Hollybrook Memorial Addenda Panel. Terry Denham Posted 24 January , 2008 Author Share Posted 24 January , 2008 Possibly three names worth. On the other hand, CWGC are waiting till they have about three hundred new names to add to Brookwood (UK 14-18) so that they can make the cost of engraving worthwhile. About 200 to go! Terry Denham Posted 24 January , 2008 Author Share Posted 24 January , 2008 That, of course, depends!!!!!! However, it should not take long at the rate we are going.
Sean. Posted 24 January , 2008 Share Posted 24 January , 2008 Well done to Hywyn and to you Terry, good to see them rightfully remembered, did you find David Solomons Death Cert, regards, Sean
Terry Denham Posted 25 January , 2008 Author Share Posted 25 January , 2008 Sean I omitted above to thank you for searching for his death certificate in Ireland for me. No, I never did find a death certificate for this man anywhere in the UK or Ireland. However, in the end the MoD Air Historical Branch was able to trace him from information provided by Martin Sugarman who is working on several Jewish possible non-coms.
