Little more detail:

Clyde Gustine: 42nd in the Baccarat sector the 168th suffered a combined phosgene/chlorine gas attack on May 27th 1918.

Glen Morgan: 168th attacking near Panne.

Homer Hawkins:168th attacking German positions on the far side of the Ourcq. They entered the line on July 25th.

I can also add that the 41st Casualty Clearing Station was located at GAILLY the day Private, George Harold Brown died of wounds.

May I trouble you for a WW2 Soldiers died look up for the following.

I have CWGC details but am unsure what else can be found on the Soldiers died disk - I only have the WW1 version.

No hurry as the list is quite long.

The funny thing is that..the family would have been the ones to have put his information into De Ruvigneys Roll of Honour in the first place, and to answer your last question, yes, I sleep like a baby............with my toe in my mouth!!

Pte (?) Ernest Galloway / 1/4th Cheshire Regiment. Supposedly died 10th August 1915 in Suvla / Gallipoli

He is not listed in sdgw, nor are there any Galloways as casualties in the Cheshire regt nor is there any soldiers second name starting with the letter G listed as having died on the 10/8/15 in the Cheshire regt.

Could you please look up for me Lt Arthur Charles Sotheron Escourt,M.C.

I know he was an observer in the RAF and he was kia on 8/8/18,and that he was previously with the 8th Glos.

Anything else you can give me will be much appreciated,especially any photos.

I cheacked de Ruvigneys and the Roll of honour for the RAF/RFC and he is not listed in either...however he is listed in the CGWC as SOTHERON-ESTCOURT, ARTHUR CHARLES;
