TILLOY BRITISH CEMETERY, TILLOY-LES-MOFFLAINES

Peter Bennett

Recommended Posts

The above cemetery has around six casualties who died on 1st & 2nd July 1916. As some are the 11th Btn East Lancs these must be the Accrington Pals who went over at Serre, some fifteen miles away.

Were they prisoners who were captured and died the same day in a German hospital ?
