ianw Posted 29 November , 2007 Share Posted 29 November , 2007 I am very pleased to report that my Great Uncle's name is now correctly recorded on the CWGC database as Levingston rather than Levington as for the last 90 years! Thanks to the CWGC and Terry Denham. I think I sent a query via Terry some time ago . Future generations of my family will now be spared the trouble I had finding him and I was also very touched that a CWGC search on the Levingston name now brings him up next to his brother - a reunion in cyberspace for the brothers. Terry - I happily leave the decision about the length of my perch to the great maker of the bird-cages we all inhabit. A bit of Thursday night philosophy for you.
