tjnsn1 Posted 25 November , 2007 Share Posted 25 November , 2007 Just writing my letter to Santa. Does anyone have any ideas for the ultimate xmas list?
Steven Broomfield Posted 25 November , 2007 Share Posted 25 November , 2007 If this wasn't in "Books", I'd say Claire Grogan. As well as the delectable Ms Grogan, I'd suggest - as a book choice for anyone who doesn't have them - Jack Sheldon's two on the German Army: "Somme" and "Passchendaele"; plus maybe (for me) OH, 1915 Vol I (plus maps). squirrel Posted 27 November , 2007 Share Posted 27 November , 2007 For me, a Hudson whistle dated 1915 and a 1907 pattern SMLE bayonet. I'll probably get a book and some socks etc.

Both books are well worth getting. stevem
