If this wasn't in "Books", I'd say Claire Grogan. :wub:

As well as the delectable Ms Grogan, I'd suggest - as a book choice for anyone who doesn't have them - Jack Sheldon's two on the German Army: "Somme" and "Passchendaele"; plus maybe (for me) OH, 1915 Vol I (plus maps).

For me, a Hudson whistle dated 1915 and a 1907 pattern SMLE bayonet. I'll probably get a book and some socks etc.

I'll second that idea. Both books are well worth getting.
