Dec. 1918 Navy List gives him as skipper of the Hired Trawler St. Cyr [appointed 19 Dec. 1916]. St. Cyr, 315 tons gross, completed 1915, 1x12pdr gun, minesweeper, Adty. no. 1527, Port no. Had a quick look in "Swept Channels" and St Cyr gets a mention for North Russia.
