Although not a website, the other obvious place for markings variations etc is Ian Skennerton's book "The Lee Enfield Story" which is just out in a new edition (it is however a bit pricey!) for a much cheaper but very useful reference on the No1 Skip Stratton has written a volume in the "For Collectors Only" series (North Cape Pub) which has almost everything you could want to know but is limited to the No1 (various marks) there are other volumes on the No4/5 etc.

Most of the markings shown on your photo are proof marks and armourers stamps indicating various inspections, manufacturing processes etc. They won't tell you much about the rifle's history subsequent to leaving the factory.

There is usually a serial number on the barrel, receiver, bolt handle, front sight protector (bayonet boss), underside of the rear sight and sometimes stamped into the wood fore-end. Some rifles (esp Indian) also have the magazine numbered. As your rifle has been Factory Refinished it is unlikely these match (unless they have all been renumbered - sometimes done), but it is sometimes interesting to look.
