Desdichado Posted 7 November , 2007 Share Posted 7 November , 2007 Is there any information on Captain John Berry Haycraft, an RAMC surgeon who served in France in 1916? He was at Number 1 Casualty Clearing Staion at Noeux-les-Mines in February of that year. If anyone knows, was he the son of John Berry Haycraft, the famous British physiologist noted for discovering anti-clotting agents?

William Haycraft Posted 24 July , 2016 Share Posted 24 July , 2016 (edited) Ten years later, but yes I can confirm that he was indeed the son of Professor J.B. Haycraft (whose other son I am descended from). Edited 7 August , 2017 by William Haycraft momentary illiteracy
