Guest newworldmember Posted 17 January , 2004 Posted 17 January , 2004 The first name of the Rev. 'Tubby' Clayton of Talbot House fame has been spelled two different ways in print: Philip and Phillip. Can someone please tell me which spelling is correct? Also, what was the significance of Toc H? I believe I've read somewhere that it had something to do with British Army signallers. A sign-off procedure, perhaps, but I'm not certain this was so. Thanks in advance for all help received.
