Cross of remembrance

I hate to appear ignorant but....

When I go on organised events/tours, the wooden cross of remembrance with poppy is easily available.

For the past couple of years I have been more inclined to do solos, i.e visits by myself or with a friend.

What I would like is to have a ready supply of the crosses. Where can I get these please?
