Sgt W.Lloyd Suffolk Regt.

i am trying to find which battalion sgt bill lloyd served in (suffolk regt) he enlisted 1914, the unit may have been amalgamated with a Northampshire battalion due to heavy casualties at some time? he reinlisted after the war & served in india with the Essex regt until 1921.

if anyone has any ideas on which battalions he served in from these 3 regts i would appreciate it.

You need to access his MIC and the respective medal rolls at TNA (PRO) to determine his WW1 service.
