The AMS Museum has just been donated a splendid medal 'Yarrow Military Hospital 1914-1916'.

On the reverse is engraved In recognition of his sympathetic help to the wounded soldiers .

It was awarded to F.M. Lunn who later served in the Life Guards.

The ribbon colour is five equal stripes white/red/white/red/white

Are any members of the forum aware of other such medals issued by war hospitals?
