jackybower Posted 12 October , 2007 Share Posted 12 October , 2007 Hi I wonder if anybody out there might be able to help me please? I have been given a photo of my Grandfather's three brothers in WW1 uniform. Unfortunately, although we know they are called Walter, William and Fred, we don't know which is which!!!! I thought I might be able to solve this riddle by looking at the Absent Voters List and then matching the regiment listed to the photo. I need to know what regiments the brothers were in though and thought this might be possible from the cap badges. I have had to post three different messages though with the photo split into three because of the maximum size for uploaded photos on this forum. Here is photo 2. Thanks Jacky

MelPack Posted 12 October , 2007 Share Posted 12 October , 2007 Jacky You definitely have the Artillery and Royal Engineers - is the third brother ASC or Devonshires on the AVL? Regards Mel
