Cpl H. Hyman Royal Field Artillery

On my first visit to the battlefields in 1986 I got talking to Mr Hyman whilst at the Menin Gate.

He agreed to have his picture taken with me standing alongside.

I asked him his name and he simply turned his 1415star around and smiled. I should have noted the serial number. Suffice to say that he was deep in memory.

Uploaded for recording purposes and someone, somewhere, may have come across his name in their research. I do not know which part of the UK he was born, resided, enlisted etc.
