bts1970 Posted 20 July , 2007 Share Posted 20 July , 2007 Hello this lad is one of the names on the Purton Memorial. Private FRANK SUTTON 9947, 5th Bn., Wiltshire Regiment who died on 30 March 1917 Remembered with honour BASRA MEMORIAL From the CWGC site his initials etc match but there isn`t any further detail to definately list him as one of the villagers ie place of residence, birth. Anybody look further on the database to give me firm result on this lad please regards as always in advance Bob

bts1970 Posted 22 July , 2007 Author Share Posted 22 July , 2007 Anthony Just had a look at your site, very good simple & clear information. I am going to have a word with the village historical site about getting a page attatched to there web page or setting up a completely seperate site altogether i think. regards Bob
