what is this uniform?

I was doing an image search on Google and "WWI British Infantry Sergeant" turned up the following drawing:

Now, since Google tends to give me images completely unrelated to what I was searching for, I realize this may not, in fact, be the uniform of a British infantry sergeant. If it isn't, then what sort of uniform is this?

And, in that case, can anyone help me find a photo or drawing of a British infantry sergeant in uniform? (Group photos are okay too, as long as the uniform is fairly visible.)

As I mentioned in my other thread about British nurses' uniforms, I'm looking for images to help with research for some artwork I'm planning on doing.

Looks like British infantry 1914 to me. From the badge he's in the Royal Dublin Fusiliers and he appears to be wearing South African War ribbons.
