Will O'Brien Posted 11 April , 2007 Share Posted 11 April , 2007 Raising a glass to the memory of Albert. Well done John. Death by misadventure sounds curious. Do you have any further information?
John Morcombe Posted 12 April , 2007 Share Posted 12 April , 2007 Raising a glass to the memory of Albert. Well done John. Death by misadventure sounds curious. Do you have any further information? I'm afraid not. I did not have to get the death certificate, as he died in service & so automatically qualified for commemoration. The "misadventure" bit came from his ADM/159. It may have been from any accidental cause, RTA, a fall etc.
