Remembered Today:

How can I research a dentist ?

Hello

Researching Pte. 17739 Ernest Arthur George Mundy of the Coldstream Guards (I have the CWGC /SDITGW details)

He is recorded in a roll book as being a 30 year old dentist (1916 ish) being born Islington 1885

Is there any where I can research him through his previous proffession (s) ?

The 1901 census shows him as a clerk journalist - if any one can see if any other details on the census that would be a start

Thanks

I wonder if the British Dental Association published a roll of honour after the war? If that was more tna just a list of names it may be of use?

More details that may or may not be useful:

Births Oct-Nov-Dec 1885, Islington RD

MUNDY, Ernest Arthur G

Probably his parents:

Marriages Jul-Aug-Sep 1884, Islington RD

Jordan, Elizabeth to Mundy, Arthur Charles

Grandpa George is still living at 28 Ingleby Rd in 1908 according to the Post Office London County Suburbs Directory of 1908. But I can't find Ernest in any London directories up to 1914.
