David Seymour Posted 12 March , 2007 Share Posted 12 March , 2007 Thank you for sharing that unusual and impressive war memorial with us. Do you have a photo of the names? How many were lost from this small village? Best wishes, David
GTLawson Posted 21 March , 2007 Author Share Posted 21 March , 2007 Thank you for sharing that unusual and impressive war memorial with us. Do you have a photo of the names? How many were lost from this small village? Best wishes, David Glad the photographs appreciated. My daughter, Sarah Lawson, took some photographs which show the names of the local men remembered. Some names had been added from the 1939-1945 conflict but the photographs show casualties from the Great War and Include Reginald James Budden/Bertram Leonard Cox/William George Clifford Cox/Frederick Thomas Farr/Harry Bishop/Walter Edwin Goldring and Arthur Nicholas Lucas.
