Lt Col ?.?.GOODWYN signed my Grandfather's Certificate in Gymnastics (First Class) and Swordsmanship (First Class), 22nd March 1905 at Lucknow, India. This Certificate qualified my Grandfather to act as an Instructor. I cannot make out Lt Col GOODWYN's initials from his signature. Does anyone know and have any additional information about him.
