But he is not in the 1881 census, at least under Huxley. But the Joseph and Ann seem to be his family.

There is a David Oxley and brother boarding somewhere else.

Could someone check a later census?

I have already checked the 1901 and can't find a trace of David. I will have another look under Oxley and see if i come up with anything.
