John_Hartley Posted 19 February , 2007 Share Posted 19 February , 2007 99793, Lance Corporal Robert Henderson was KIA on 22/06/16 and is buried at Cerisy-Gailly Military Cemetery. CWGC records his unit as 20th Field Company, RE. However, at the time, 20th FC was in Egypt. A quick glance at SDGW shows the likely error as it records him as being 201st Field Company. 201st were "on the plot" as part of 30th Division. Seems as though it could be a likely scanning error or typo somewhere along the line. Could it be raised with the Commission please? John Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

SDGW indicates these men were 83114, A Brandwood for Liverpool and 81391 William Norris from Bury. Both are correctly identified by CWGC as being 201st FC.
