The RAMC were much to the fore in organising entertainments.

Thanks for sharing these Dave. I wonder where Sgt Manning and his gun team came from, and if they made the event go with a bang! Bit of a novelty at a non-combattant do.

I also love the idea of the cooks gathering to sing 'Dixieland'.
