I can start this list with:

Lt General Adrian Carton de Wiart VC - Happy Odyssey pub. 1950. (No mention of it).

Cpt Alfred Oliver Pollard VC - Memoirs of a Fire-Eater. (Waiting for book to see).

Vice Admiral Richard Bell Davies VC, CB, DSO, AFC gave an account of his 1915 VC exploit, plus the citation, in Sailor in the Air.

Lt Col William Bishop VC, DSO, DFC, MC described the 1917 raid on a German aerodrome for which he was awarded the VC in Winged Warfare.
