October 1918 & the Duke of wellington's Regt

Hello,

I'm very new to this site, however I am hoping that one of you maybe be able to shead light on what engagement the Duke of Wellington's West Riding Regiment in particular the 9th Battalion, 52nd Brig. 17th Division was involved in during the 12th October 1918.

I am trying to discover what events lead upto my Uncle, who sadly died in this action aged 18 years old.

To try and build up a picture of the nightmare he and his pals endured for our peace.

I understand it was called "The Pursuit to the River Selle" , if anyone has any further details I would be very grateful
