Please find enclosed a Roll of Honour to the lads who died from Price Tailors in Leeds. This appears in the Yorkshire Evening Post without fail each year, even though Price Tailors is no longer there in name. Do any other members tend to look for the familiar in their local newspapers towards Remembrance Day?

Sacred to the memory of our Gallant Comrades of Price Tailors Ltd.

We shall not forget, We do not intend, We shall think of them daily, and shall to the end

Hello Anthony,

The quick answer is no, although I did have a quick look for 10th West Yorkshire men, and found a couple of possibilities. Your post is just the kick start I probably need, though I think I'll put it on a backburner for a while until I've made some progress with other research.

Cheers,

Dave

Thanks for this Andrew,

I'd not even considered the lads who might have died in the later war. I'm going to have to rethink my whole strategy and approach now.

Kind Regards,

Dave
