Guest paulw Posted 15 November , 2006 Share Posted 15 November , 2006 Hi there, I am attempting to research my grandfather who served in the Sussex Yeomanry. I have been to the NA and have managed to retrive his medal card. Unfortunately, I dont really know where to go next. He survived the Great War, but I always remember him telling me how "so many of his friends died at Passchendaele". I am a member of a Great War club and want to research what he did, and if possible try and find some link to friends of his who were killed. I have managed to retrieve his medal card, but I have no idea what any of the info means!!. If someone would be kind enough to interpret the information and where to go next, I would be much obliged!
