Williams D M.M. Award Rifle Brigade

Hi,am new to this forum,have just accquired a Military Medal awarded to rifleman Williams.D of the 13th(service battalion)rifle brigade army no. s/6465.He was 24 years of age and died on 4/11/1918. Could anyone supply any additional information on this soldier and his battalion(the info that came with the medal suggests he may have served in the 9th battalion as well) especially the circumstances and date award of his M.M . much appreciated.eddie.
